The Healthier Lifestyle program begins with online completion of the Wellness Inventory. Developed by wellness pioneer John W. Travis, MD, the Wellness Inventory provides a foundation from which to explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual issues of your life, and helps you in developing your own holistic wellness plan for achieving increased health, wellbeing, vitality, and life balance.

The program will inform and empower you with the knowledge and skills you need to take responsibility for your own health status and protect yourself from such degenerative conditions as premature aging, obesity, diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

The initial 30-day program includes daily consultation with feedback via email or phone and four weekly 1-hour, face-to-face sessions with Dr. Goodpastor. The overall program addresses:

Physical Issues

  • Natural therapeutic nutrition  
  • Informed use of research-validated nutraceuticals and nutritional supplements
  • Therapeutic Exercise
  • Mind-Body Integration Training (EEG biofeedback)
