This is a very closely supervised program based on natural nutrition, exercise and behavior modification.  Each person's program is tailored to their individual needs.  The initial  visit is an assessment of  health history and lifestyle, including activity level and  eating patterns.   A  nutritional program is designed if the client desires  and they are instructed to check in daily, by  E mail or phone.  Exercise and PILATES sessions are scheduled at least once a week.  Most people come in 2 or 3 times.  Some clients choose to enlist the assistance of a daily nutritional coach and others or interested in exercise assistance only.   This is a health program that is a design for living a healthier lifestyle.

Carole’s  Experience:

Years ago I battled my own weight problem, as well as my  addiction to food.

I understand the frustration of being totally out of control.  I had a  background  in  psychiatric and orthopedic  nursing, and had read  everything I could find regarding health,  exercise  and nutrition.  I was unable to break my own destructive patterns  until I reached a point in my life that I was willing to ask for help.

I have  maintained a 40 pound  loss of body fat for almost 30 years.  My last cigarette was 17 years ago..My clothing size changed from a 15-16 to a size 6. I went from doing absolutely NO exercise, to teaching  it as part of my career.  Today I utilize  exercise, pilates and healthy eating patterns  because I enjoy the benefits I receive from that behavior.  Since 1976 ( 31 years!)  my career has involved working with people wanting to develop a healthier lifestyle.  Remember...

It’s never too late to change..

Nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels!
